Wi-Fi was decent, and the room was clean with great air conditioning. Front desk was slow.

My previous stay in the city wasn’t great, but this time at fairfield inn exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and modern, and the staff was really good, especially michael who helped find a bathtub for my elderly mother. It was a restful and relaxing experience.

The king suite was spacious and quiet, providing a restful environment. The highlight was the warm breakfast featuring tropical fruits, which added a refreshing touch. However, the elevator cleanliness left something to be desired, and there were moments when the front desk seemed a bit slow. Additionally, the hallways could use more attention as they felt neglected during my visit.

We had a fun time at the hotel, especially enjoying the spacious King Suite that perfectly accommodated my whole family, including 5 teenagers and 2 little ones. The breakfast had great options, and the outdoor pool was a hit with the kids.

Michael in reception went above and beyond. My elderly mother was thrilled when he found a room with a bathtub after we initially thought there would only be showers. The clean, modern room was a standout.

Elevators lacked a thorough clean, shower floor needed scrubbing, and unkempt hallways had dirty towels lying around. A/C unit squeaked during operation and bed comfort was below average. Breakfast experience was disappointing with a malfunctioning waffle maker that left waffles undercooked and sticking. The presence of unpleasant odors in the hallway.
